Onboard (onboard.qzz.io) is a client management platform founded and operated by Vedansh Danot. References to "we", "us", or "Onboard" in this policy refer to this entity.

• Profile details: business name, logo, contact information
• Client data: client names, emails, project details, invoices, contracts
• Payment information: billing address, payment method (processed via our payment partners — we do not store card numbers)
• Communications: messages sent through the platform

2.2 Data collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, actions taken
• Device data: browser type, operating system, device type
• IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
• Error logs and diagnostic data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Onboard service
• Send transactional emails (invoice notifications, stage updates, account alerts)

We do not sell your personal data or your clients' data to any third party. We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models.

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to report any suspected breaches to security@onboard.qzz.io.

We share data only in these limited circumstances:
